Baked BBQ Breaded Tofu

Super yummy in rice bowls, stir fries, and wraps.. or just on it's own as a side. Only 3 ingredients & oil free.


Ingredients:

• 1 block frozen & thawed pressed tofu (extra firm) broken into 1 inch chunks

• 1/3 cup vegan bbq sauce

• 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs

(I use Shake N' Bake brand)



Directions:

1. Toss everything together in a large bowl, and lay out on a parchment paper lined pan.


2. Bake at 425°F for 20 - 25 min, flipping halfway through. Done!
